Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Course Overview

The Lean Yellow Belt program for general industry is made up of 8-10 courses. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course covers description of phases of DMAIC cycle in great detail. Participants will gain an understanding of how they can seek improvements in quality of products and efficiency of their processes. Utilizing lean principles individuals will be able to address wasteful activities prevalent in their work environment.

Course Prerequisites

There are no prerequisites for the Yellow Belt program. White Belt concepts are covered during this training.
White and Yellow Belt are not prerequisites for Green Belt, you may enroll directly in the Green Belt training course if your expectation is to lead projects.
