Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Course Overview
This is the most extensive and most beneficial curriculum for the Operational Excellence learner who is not in a full-time Operational Excellence role. Green Belts as project team members become the lifeblood of the organization and allow the benefits of Operational Excellence to become pervasive in the enterprise.
